Pre-Order Products
All Bellator x BlackBörk merchandise products are sold on a limited pre-order basis.
Products are manufactured specifically according to collected order quantities during the campaign period. Production and fulfillment processes begin shortly after the pre-order period ends.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are displayed on the product pages.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the pre-order production process and delivery timeline.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation only before production has started.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of the products and international fulfillment processes, all sales are considered final after production has started.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted after production begins, except in the following situations:

the product arrives damaged,

the product is defective,

or the wrong item was delivered.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund request:

in its original condition and packaging,

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable once production has started:
